FAQ

1. I want to share calendars with my family or coleage.

   Use Google Calendar.
   Set sharing settings for each calendar group.

   To share calendar, authenticate with Google.
   [Menu]-[App Settings]-[Google Account]

2. Holiday is displayed multiply.

   If there is holiday group such as "Japanese Holiday" in Google Calendar, holiday is displayed multiply. Set holiday OFF on holiday settin or hide holiday group in Google Calendar.

3. I forgot passcode.

   You have to uninstall app. Don't forget passcode. Record and keep it.

4. Error occurs while updating saved data.

   If some errors occurs while updating saved data, reboot the device and retry.

5. Cannot perform backup/restoration using Google Drive

   Ver 1.6.4 and later, data backup and restoration using Google Drive cannot be performed. Please follow the steps below when using Google Drive.
   
   Steps to back up to Google Drive
   1. Back up within the app to the device
   2. Use Files app, etc., to save the backup data to Google Drive
   
   Steps to restore from backup data saved on Google Drive
   1. Download the backup data from the Google Drive app
   2. Select [App Setting] - [Restore] - [Device storage]
   3. After tapping [Next], select the downloaded backup data.
   ※ Data downloaded from Google Drive is usually saved in the [Download] folder.
   ※ Data saved to Google Drive by Ver 1.6.3 or earlier is stored in [Google Drive] - [ELECOM] - [Ferris] - [Backup].
